Warranty Information

Van Duerr Industries, Inc. dba SafePath Products, herein referred to as "Manufacturer" warrants that the EZ Edge™ and CourtEdge™ and SafeResidential™ transitions absent any coating process is free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for period of ten years. The provisions of the warranty shall not apply to any equipment which has been subject to misuse, negligence, alteration, accident or improper installation, or which shall have been repaired outside Manufacturer's place of business in any way as, in the reasonable judgement of Manufacturer to adversely affect its performance and reliability, nor due to normal deterioration or wear and exposure.

Manufacturer's obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing, at its opinion, any equipment which is returned to Manufacturer's place of business with return authorization number (to be obtained from accounting office before returning) and which, upon examination, shall disclose to Manufacturer reasonable satisfaction to have been thus defective. The repair or replacement of defective parts under this warranty will be made by Manufacturer without charge for parts and labor. This excludes shipping or delivery charges to or from Manufacturer's place of business. In no instance will Manufacturer be responsible or be held liable for any actual, consequential or other potential damages as result of product failure.

The warranty is effective as of the date of sale to the original purchaser and extends for the period of ten (10) years.
